Devil Rider
When he was young, his father, stunt motorciclist Barton Blaze, had
terminal cancer. In order to save him, Johnny performed a ritual where
he summoned Mephisto (the Devil of the Marvel Universe). He sould his
soul to Mephisto in order to cure his father's cancer. His father was
hence cured, but died later from an accident in a failed stunt.
